Download Windows 10 Drivers: Legit?

This shows up in the lower right corner of my screen and it appears to be from my 360 Total Security. It says something about how I should update my Windows 10, then opens a window in Opera. There is a whole step-by-step guide how to do this, along with the phone number:
1-888-424-512724*7 Support Toll-free US & Canada Actually, this is the part that made me especially leery.
Is this legit or a scam?

 

It's a scam. IGNORE IT.
Just run Windows Update 'check' to see if you have missed any needed updates.
