Downloader-AUX trojan won't go away

4 different trojans keep coming back from time to time and they always come at the same time. I read the READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support stickey, and did all the steps. Still nothing. I tried some of the options, but still nothing. Also, in Internet explorer (when I acutally use it) my homepage has changed (don't go there...) to something called topsecuritysite.net . The 4 trojans I keep getting are named:

srvpru[1].exe
win8c7.tmp
srvuzx[1].exe
srvtmm[1].exe

McAfee tells me this is the Downloader-AUX trojan, and it also installs adware. I've cleared the adware, but the trojans keep coming back, and it's getting annoying.. I've tried to get rid of it, but it just keeps coming back . I'll attach the hijack this log.

 

EDIT:
The trojan comes in more than just those 4 names, but those are some I've seen pop up twice. Usually it begins with srv then 3 more characters, then [1].exe. Also it can go win---.tmp
