When downloading from majorgeeks.com..., if the size of the file is different on my computer than what the screen says downloaded, does that mean I still have malware?

I thought I removed a trojan. (The symptom was I could no longer use Facebook.com with Google Chrome, but could with Firefox. I regularly update&scan, but it must have made my anti-malware ineffective.) I caught it by downloading a new copy of MalwareBytes Anti-Malware, & it found it. Then SuperAntiSpyware started to work I guess because it found another one or the same one in another location.

I am afraid to use the new Anti Virus and Anti Malware programs I downloaded from majorgeeks.com because of the size difference, I'm concerned malware may have corrupted them so they will not work.

Can you please advise if I can ingnore the file size difference? Thanks in advance. I don't use forums, so I hope any replies automatically get emailed to me.

All the files for download on MG's are checked for malware. ;)

Thank you Tim W for replying. I guess I was worried any malware on my own computer would/could corrupt the program while it was downloading.
