Downloading

    I have been trying to download Ad-Aware VX2 Cleaner Plug-in but without much success. I arrive at the download site and object is shown but no progress whatsoever is shown on progress bar. Any suggestions as to why and how can it be rectified. Altogether I think there are 6 possible sites shown and none of them will complete the process.

    Hi,
    The download works well. There are a few possibilites. If you have XP and SP2 with Internet Explorer, it blocks downloads by default, you need to click the top small yellow bar to get the download. Some firewalls set too high on security also can block downloads. Let me know.

    Hi Major Attitude

    Yr advice appreciated. Eventually was able to download. What appear to have happened is that when it got to showing 99% complete it just wud not show up as complete but on visiting desktop where it was set to go, there it was. Now I can continue.
