downloads are getting stuck

    I am having problems downloading files. I have followed your instructions on doing the basic maintenances, etc. I have also reset my router but am still having problems downloading files and streaming videos. I have not found any sort of patterns either, they happen intermittently. Sometimes one video will work, and the next, the same one will get stuck part way and never finish downloading.

    Please help! It is happening more and more frequently now. Looking for any help I can get.

    Hi

    Which Windows or OS are you using?

    What type of interent connection do you have is it Dial-Up, Broadband ( what speed ) or is it Broadband via Wireless?

    What security applications do you have installed as having too many of same scanning type as in two Antivirus or Firewalls could loose random data packets.

    Have you checked with your ISP that they are having no issues with your connection?
