Downloads aren't completing

I'm currently having a problem downloading anything from this site. I have tryed 2 downloads and both stuck at 1 second to go. The first was the yahoo world thing that you could click on any place in the world ( I accidently closed my browser when I was trying to figure out what was wrong, so it is lost in puterland somewhere :confused) and the other is the IOBit defragger and for the last 45 min it says "estimated time left: 1 sec (2.39MB of 2.47MB copied) HELP!! :cry Is there a geek out there to help me?
