Downloads only 99%

    Lately my DEll Inspiron XP won't complete downloads, i.e. the downloads get stuck just short of 100% with a few seconds remaining. For example, I couldn't download RegScrub, even from different sites. I've checked the IE download blocker but that doesn't help. What could be the problem? Tx!

    This is Free Download manager, and it will pick up downloads and if you lose your connection, you won't lose the download... It will pick it up where it left off.. I use mine a lot, as I am on a dial-up-network, and it sure has saved me a lot of headaches... ;)

    Are you quite sure that it hasn't completed, by checking the download location? I've had many a download appear to stop at 99%, but the file was on my desktop.
