Downloads will not complete

    I have tried to download both the AVG virus protection and the Adaware..both free versions. The download begins, but stops abruptly and says that the archive has shut down before completion. This is about my 5th attempt and I don't know what to do. Thank you

    Please go through the READ & RUN ME FIRST so we can determine whether you have malware, and if so, tell you how to proceed. When you follow the instructions, three logs (or two logs) will be produced for you to attach to your next post.
