Dr. Watson Postd Mor...Hijackthis log

Someone please help! I have a very important power point presentation to finish on fly fishing and one of my folders that has pictures, will not open. When I try to open it, it freezes up and the error box pops-up with this Dr. Watson Post Mo... error. I have been having a few various picture folders crashing this way.

I did add some new ram, and I initially thought that the crashing was a ram problem. However, now with this Dr. Watson error coming up, I think maybe I have bigger issues. Can anyone help by reviewing my hijackthis log to see if there is a problem?

Sorry for not realizing I should not have cut & pasted the log to my post. I have attached the hijackthis log below.

I have run norton and other registry cleaners and spy programs. I don't even know if I have a virus or hardware/file issue.

Someone give me direction with these folders that wont open.

Please follow the steps below:

- Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis:
