Just built a new tower with a water block cooling system on an ASUS motherboard. System starts normal then shuts down before entering post. Any suggestions?

First thing Post your Spec's mobo model/PSU etc.

Any Beep codes?

Provide more details on how your system trys to start.
After it shut down whats going on?

A guess would be underpowered PSU, improperly installed CPU, heat, or even a short.

 

Sorry I posted twice....never posted in a fourm before, and accidently did it twice!!! Anyway...My system powers up when turned on, beeps once, stays on about 7 seconds. Then it simply turns itself off. I've tried two differet power supplys: a 450 w Diablo atx switching PSU and a 450 W XG extreme Gameing PSU 80 mm and 120mm fans on it. The cooling system is a Kingwin water block system. The MB is an asus P4S8X-MX with an Intel Celeron 3.4 gig @ 800 FSB. This is the 11th PC I've built from the Case out, But never had a problem like this before. Allways before they at least made it to post on first start. THanks DS
