Drive can't read DVD

    I have a Lite-On DVDRW SOHW-832S drive that recently stopped being able to read DVD discs and will only play CD's for about 30 seconds before it starts skipping and shuts down. I recently udgraded the firmware to VSOM, however this did not help.

    Any help is greatly appreciated,
