I recently installed some virtual DVD drives which took the "F:" drive spot under explorer by default. Unfortunately, my external hdd was not connected at the time, and once I turned it on, it was switched to the "G:" drive when it was originally on "F:".

My iTunes files are routed to the "F:" drive and it would take some time to re-add all of the old files. I have been able to change the virtual DVD drive to "H:" but cannot find a way to switch my Lacie back to the "F:" drive.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    hey mate,

    to change drive letters,

    right click on my computer
    click on 'manage'
    from there select 'disk management'
on the right you will see all connected HDD's, cd drives etc etc
just right click on the one you want to change & select 'change drive letter access' or something like that
from there its pretty much just next next next
