Driver and Codec Software

I'm in the Army and currently deployed in Iraq. Being the head IT/Computer guy for my company, it's been a real challenge obtaining software for computer repair that works as well offline, as it does with an internet connection.

The biggest problem I've had is with drivers and codecs, drivers being all the electronic equipment people are buying over here, and codecs for all the "less-than-legal" movies that can be bought here.

Since there are times where it's impossible to get online for days at a time here, I was wondering if the community could help me in finding a ALL-IN-ONE program for both drivers and codecs, that works without an internet connection to actually get the codec or driver after it's scanned seeing what it needs.

Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you,

    Hi

What Windows versions will be used?

For XP/NT/W2K then this all in one codec is good HERE
For Win7 then this one HERE

The Shark007 codec are the only ones I will trust personally.

To my bane, most people are using Windows Vista, though the few that bought NEW PC's are using 7. Will the one for 7 work well for Vista/XP as well?
