driver error from either toshiba or windows 10

    That's a tough error. Usually memory or a video card driver. I would uninstall and reinstall your current video card driver first. Driver issues have been a big deal with Windows 10, especially Toshiba. It was recommenced you update drivers before upgrading.

    You will need to boot the PC into Safe Mode. If it restarts like this more than once, the PC usually will boot to the "Options" screen. You can follow the instructions here to get it into Safe Mode, and hopefully uninstall the offending driver(s):

    The key trick is getting to the Options screen, unless you've previously created a recovery flash drive.
