Personally I would never advise using a driver finding application as they cannot cover all the bases of drivers available, and more so when drivers used by OEM makers such as DELL, HP, Gateway etc are custom designed chips and drivers at times. Installing the wrong driver can cause issues with the operating system.

To be honest in reality unless you are having issues drivers do not need to be updated at all, or the only one that is advisable to update is the Graphic Card, the others I would not update unless an issue in which an update may fix.

The listing HERE on Majorgeeks for this download, doesnt suggest its free as its listed as shareware with a $ price, this may not be the same for some other sites that offer this download and some sites list it as Free to Download, which means just that you can download it free but to use it you have to pay, and thats a sneeky trick I dont like personally.
