Driver lost

Here is a e-mail I just sent to SignCut Company.

I wonder if this has happened to anyone else?

Hi Guys

I had loaded your SignCut program and after using it for 3 hours I decited that it wasn't for me so I uninstalled it, when I went back to cutting on my old program

it failed to go to the cutter. Now I can't get the driver to load back on my computer. Do you think that your unstaller took out something that caused this?

I would appreciate your help on this.

I think I found the problem but don't know the solution.

I downloaded the first Pic from the Roland site and when I tried to delete the Server Properties from the computer and then I got the other 3 Pics I can't get the driver to reload because I can't get the old driver to Delete.

This is a Bummer.
