Driver question marks?

Im unsure about a few things going on in my pc, i recently had to delete my partition and reinstall the hole pc again this has all went without a hiccup but the only problem with that is, when i installed it all again and didi all the win updates i still cant hear any sound.

I have tried going through device manager and it has;
All of the following have Yellow questions marks

3x Base system device
1x BCM2045
1x Ethernet controller
1x Network controller
1x SM Bus controller
1x Video Controller (VGA Compatible)

My Laptops monitors display when scrolling is very choppy,

The sound when a error message or anything as such has a System Beep, Ive tried going into services and starting windows audio, still no luck.

I have tried to install all the drivers but nothing seems to work its coming up with it cant find the relative software.

Any ideas from anyone or help would be very much appreciated.

I followed your instructions halo i went to the intel and dell site as this is a dell laptop with an intel chipset, i installed the recent driver and i got a message which said that the system didnt meet the requirements so i cancelled that, now im stuck, i have no idea what to do, just wondering wether you had any other ideas or if anyone else does?

Install the Chipset drivers first followed by the Video driver then the network card, anything else later. If there is a choice of drivers, opt for the most recent.

Install the chipset drivers first, and reboot when prompted to. If you have any questions or problems, please post. If the chipset says that it doesn't meet the requirements as before, don't worry about it and just install the rest of the drivers.
