I have just installed Skype and a logiteck quickcam. Whilst sound in and out is good, the incoming picture quality is poor. Its like looking through a vertical screen.
The Skype forum suggests an update of my driver might do the trick. Can someone advise me on how to do this. If there are any other suggestions they would be gratefully accepted.

Before you mess with your driver, you should first try this (if you haven't): reboot your computer and launch the quickcam before you open skype. Then launch skype the see if things run better. I notice that skype has a hard time using cameras that are launched/opened/attached after you've opened skype.
