I hope I'm posting this in the right area. I have a driver for a new badge printer that will not install on my PC. I've installed it on several others, but mine refuses. The manufacturer tried as well, but gave up. My PC is running Windows 7. Here is some of the driver installation log after a clean attempt: (flagged lines - truncated due to post limit)

    Hi

Could be that Windows driver signing enforcement is not liking this driver, so could try one of two things I can think of right now,

    1. Right click the driver installer and choose Run as Administrator and see if that helps install the driver.
    2. Reboot your PC and repeatedly tap F8 for the boot menu and when you see it, choose Disable Driver Signature Enforcement then continue to boot your PC in normal mode and try and install the driver again, may need to do it the 1st method as well.

I just tried method 2 with no joy. The log still seems to indicate driver signing as an issue. I'll post the log below, as it is much shorter this time. I'm going to remove the driver again, this time manually from the driver store using pnputil.exe, and then give it another go. If by some miracle that works, I'll post again. Thanks for the help!
