    Hi Guys,
    I have this problem, I can't get rid of this program! It appears in my control Panel and when I try to uninstall, I'm told that 'it is running, go away and stop it and try again'. However, this thing does not appear anywhere in my register. It purports to be from DriverSoft. How can I get rid of it please??:-o

    If it is a 32 bit program, Revo Uninstaller will see it and uninstall it, including the registry entries.

    Download and install that and see if Revo lists it.

    When you use Revo and you are at step 4, the registry entries be sure to only select items in bold for removal. If there are a lot, you can select some of them, remove, go back and select more until no bold entries appear.

    Yes, I'm shocked at times when I run Revo and see how many registry entries a program puts down during an install.
