Drivers for An8E and downloads corrupted

Hey guys,
As I am fairly new to the forum register wise i usuall use this site for refrences toward other problems. This time I am having some issues that your search didnt help much but to make me register. I needed to do it anyway, so heres my problem...

Similar to the post a couple away from mine I used driver detect to get a reading of my outdated drivers, whether or not they are scamming I know they are right about a few drivers, i recently build a "custom" machine with:
ASUS an8E mobo
AMD athlon 64 bit 3700
EVGA nvidia geforce 600GS
2 gigs Gskill mem (pc3200)
Sound Blaster Audigy 2
Maxtor 250g HDD
Lite on CD/DVD burner
Sony floppy drive
all in the Aspire Xnav case that came with the 500w PS
Windows Xp pro SP2

as I completed this the drivers that came with the hardware werent up to date, naturally i went to the sites to get them. Problem being every file i recently download is corrupt and cannot unpack to download the drivers.
(I dont know if that relates to uninstalling the drivers first but Im afraid that if the new driver wont unpack after I uninstall the orrigeonal, it cant be good.)
*Some other Downloads are corrupt as well but not all

I have had 2 Device Driver failure "system recovered from a serious error" and since im still a student, Im still learning taking 2 courses in the computer field.
*Now I know the AN8E model MoBo has factory shipped issues with the disk drivers being garbage and the first 3000ish of these mobos were dead on arival, and ASUS had terrible tech support then (dont know if any improvement). I know part of my problem lies in the drivers but the main problem is the corrupt downloads after I shut off my firewall. (Nvidias) windows firewall was on as well at first but i disabled it as to just run Nvidias firewall.

Any help would be greatly appriciated as this PC is my final exam this year. It must be working...

Sorry guys im really tired its a8N-E not AN8E and one of the drivers downloaded for xp pro 64 bit and im running 32 so im going to try and I will redownload it and let you know if it works! But the problem still persists everywhere else...
let me know if you need anything else~ sisoft sandra and ccleaner and memtest seemed to download fine, it could be .exe files but Im stuck...

 

okay now I am ready to throw this out of aa 7 story building...and noones allowed to catch it... apparently when I went to update the SB audio driver it uninstalled the driver then corrupted dl on the reinstall please redownload and try again,...4x later im ready to get the sledgehammer and I cant get it to recognise the stupid SB audigy zs I have plugged in...now im at an emergency state i have no sound and Im so sick of this crap...someone seriousley help me im going insane...catch me on aim or pm or post here ASAP I need help

 

Havng troubles with corrupt downloads?

Is that an Nforce 4 based board? I'm assuming it is.

Turn off the Nvidia Active Armor firewall, and try the downloads again.

 

yes it is an nforce 4 ultra and I turned off the nvidia firewall and active armor to download the drivers, which aparenly wont work. my HDD is maxtor SATA configured, google showed the a8ne having problems with thier disc drivers and their compatability with maxtor. other than that idk

im thinking i need the ethernet driver and bus from nvidia but i cant find it nor do i know wich they are...after a huge fight and a system restore i was able to get the latest soundblaster audigy driver

oh and the lite on doesnt read most discs like BF2 wich i fought to get the patch... im pretty sure this is a driver/ hardware problem

 

found something new, windows blocked the file for having a bad or invalid digi signature to varify its publisher (from nvidias site) okay new question,...hows windows blocking it through IE if all security settings set to allow through IE and windows firewalls off?? anyone help please
