I Reformated my computer...I left the MP3 player plugged in,Upon windows instalation it wiped out everything on the MP3 player including the software...There was a message on the mp3 player something about signaltelformatter,I'm asuming this is the program I need but I can't find it....is there anyone out there that knows how to remedy my problem here?

I'm assuming your running WinXP, because Vista has built-in support for your device. Try this link: http://www.rcajet.com/support/default.aspx#faq1 and this link is for the user manual http://www.rcajet.com/pdf/S20xx_IB.pdf Unfortunately, RCA is fairly famous for their lack of online support for products they sell. I'll keep looking tho'... if I find anything, I'll post it. The first link I posted has a download called "Audible" which supposedly was on the install CD for your product... give it a shot....

Just plugin your mp3 player into your computer and go into windows explorer and right click on your player and have it format as fat32 (at least that's what works with my rca emusic1 player).
Then you should be able to put more mp3's on your player.
And after checking google for your model of mp3 player rca does have a firmware update for it http://http://support.rcaaudiovideo.com/downloads.aspx?product=129
