Drivers I need...prooving quite hard to find!!

Putting windows 2000 pro on an old Toshiba satellite 1625cdt, has proved to be quite a task being that it has been a nightmare trying to find the drivers needed for the audio and the modem!! So I was hoping maybe somebody else might be able to point me in the direction I need to go!!!! I have exhausted all possibilities that I can think of!! Including driverguide.com, general google searches, the toshiba website, etc. etc!!! So I was hoping maybe somebody here might be able to pull a rabbit out of their hat!!!!

Here are the specs that it displays as for windows 98, but I need them for windows 2000 pro!!!!

Rockwell/Conexant Softk56 Modem

Cirrus Logic CS4281 Audio Accelerator

Took me awhile to get back to this project....but in the meantime...what in the world happened to the replys from Kaula?? The only post I can see in my thread are my own, and I know for a fact that Kaula posted a couple things way back when??

But anyway...it appears that both of them are causing the system to bsod!!!!

Any other ideas...I have been doing some searching myself with no luck!! If someone comes up with something...great, let me know!!!
