Drivers

What I need is a all in one program that scans and fixes all driver
problem. My usb ports say that they are 2.0, but when I turn on
my laptop I get this device will work faster if connected to a 2.0 port.
Also the DVD driver is out of date. And god knows how many other drivers are out of date. Can anyone please post a link. thank fellow geeks.

The problem with the Driver Update programs is the fact that you'd have to pay to download generic drivers that may or may not work on the computer you need them for.

Your best bet is to go to your computer manufacturer's support site and get the drivers specific to your computer. Manufacturers often modify drivers to make them work on specific models of computer.

If the computer manufacturer's support site doesn't have drivers for a specific device, go to the device manufacturer's support site.
