   I have found drop.exe on my computer, is this a legitimate file or is it possibly spyware. I googled it and the results were not clear even a little suspicious.

   It is hard to tell from so little info. It may depend on where the file is located. Do you play the Matrix game that is mentioned in many links?
   
   You could try sending it thru the below online file scanning tool to see what they say.

   No I don't play the Matrix game. The file is located at Program Files\Secure-It. The scanner you recommended indicated no virus found.
