drwtsn32.log Should i delete it this huge file?

    Hi, I'm new in this website and I know this post will sound as a stupid question but i'm a big zero as regards computers. The thing is that my pc is full of useless files and i started to deleting and removing some programs. I used the Defragmenter application and I've realised that i have a file named drwtsn32.log and its size is of 6GB. I have never realised that i got that one. It's in a folder with another file called user.dmp. The thing is, I don't know if i can just delete it and that's all. I'm not sure if to do so because I'm worried about having problems with the pc after that. So, What should i do? Is it a sort of bad file, dangerous or useless? Can i delete it or not?
    I'd appreciate any help.

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

    Yes you can delete those files. However these logs come from when a PC is crashing. Have you been have problems with your PC crashing or getting blue screens? If so, you may want to post in the Software Forum and give them any error messages you are receiving.



    You should also download and install CCleaner
    • Now run Ccleaner with the default options (that means don’t change anything) to clean out temporary files.
    • Only use the default settings on the Windows Tab and select Run Cleaner. Do not run any other options from other tabs.
    This will help clean more junk off of your PC. In fact, it probably would removed the large log file from Dr. Watson automatically.

    Thanks Chaslang. I downloaded the Ccleanear and it worked!! Thanks for your help. No, my pc hasn't been crashing! not that i remember and i haven't had any blue screen either.
    Anyway, it's all done. thanks for your help, a lot!
