Ahh! This is fine then, I was under the impression they were on the local disk as in a system folder or such. If they are in the temp folder, CCleaner will address them, just have SS ignore it as it's more than likely a FP.

Here is a Malwarebytes log from the other new computer. Are these false positives as well? I red on another forum that the desktop changes one is a FP.

I also had my first symptom, while surfing a news site (Reuters I think), I ran CCleaner in the background and after a min or 2 all my browsers shut down and I got a popup window showing some BS virus scan was taking place, and another window wanting me to click OK to download. I went to task manager and shut them down after killing my internet connection, at the same time spysweeper popped up Virtumonde. I quarantined and deleted it, and ran all the MG sweeps and came up clean. Something is up with CCleaner. What is the deal?

No! Something is up with Spy Sweeper. It is having false positive issues and you need to address it with WebRoot! We nor any other forum can do anything about it. Only WebRoot can.

The Malwarebytes items are also false positives. They are detecting changes to default settings and declaring them to be bad. MBAM is incorrect and should not be detecting user changes to there system configuration as problems. However this is a minor annoyance as you can simply just set your configuration back to what you want.

Thanks for all the help guys! Hopefully FPs are all I will have to deal with for a long time to come.

    You're welcome.

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware. Unless you purchase them, they provide no protection. They do not use any significant amount of resources ( except a little disk space ) until you run a scan.
    2. If we used Pocket Killbox during your cleanup, do the below
      • Run Pocket Killbox and select File, Cleanup, Delete All Backups
    3. If we had you use ComboFix, uninstall ComboFix (This uninstall will only work as written if you installed ComboFix on your Desktop like we requested.)
      • Click START then RUN and enter the below into the run box and then click OK. Note the quotes are required
      • "%userprofile%\Desktop\combofix" /u
        • Notes: The space between the combofix" and the /u, it must be there.
        • This will uninstall ComboFix and also reset hidden files and folders settings back to Windows defaults.
      • Delete the C:\combofix folder from combofix (if it exists)
    4. If we user SDFix you can delete all the SDFix related files and folders from your Desktop or whereever you installed it.
    5. If we had you run Avenger, you can delete all files related to Avenger now.
    6. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    7. If we had you download any registry patches like fixme.reg or fixWLK.reg (or any others), you can delete these files now.
    8. If running Vista, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    9. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis.
    10. You can delete the C:\MGtools folder and the C:\MGtools.exe file. You can also delete the C:\MGlogs.zip
    11. If you are running Vista, Windows XP or Windows ME, do the below:
      • Refer to the cleaning procedures in step 3 the READ ME for your Window version and see the instructions to Disable System Restore which will flush your Restore Points.
      • Then reboot and Enable System Restore to create a new clean Restore Point.
    12. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
