Dual Admin. logons ?

    A friends computer needs some help, he and his wife both logon with Admin. accounts, each having their own logon account, Dell machine, Win XP Home, RR cable, about 1 year old but not very well taken care of, download speeds are very slow, I want to install some cleanup programs such as Ad-Aware, Spybot, CCleaner etc.... Question being, can I choose 1 account and clean it and will that take care of both accounts or do I need to do each one ??
