Dumb Miscellaneous Q Part 8 million

    Not sure if this is spyware-related or software-related, I imagine both, but my question is: If I install a keylogger on my computer and then sign into say yahoo messenger (any program or website) with the option to remember my password checked will the keylogger make a record of my password? It appears in the little box (as *'s), but I haven't typed it. Thanks!

    Any key that is pressed on your keyboard is logged into a hidden text file. If the password has already been entered and saved (before the keylogger was installed) then it shouldnt be logged. However, if you type or have typed the password since the keylogger was installed then its logged.
