If I put music tracks in the F drive to store them, but then add them to windows media player as a playlist, are they both takin up space in the C & the F drive now, or does wmp go to the F drive to find teh song files??
    Thanks

No, they won't take up space on both drives, it's akin to having an index in a library filing system, WMP looks at the index then goes to the location of the file to load it.
