Duo core or pentium M?

    Help, confused, looking at a new laptop. What is the difference and which is better

    the core duo is a multi-core cpu so it will be better for multitasking, both are decent lines of cpu, I usually reccomend AMD but intel is pretty good when it comes to laptops.I would choose based on your budget, if you can afford a core duo go for it.

    Duo Core all the way. Its the next generation of pentium M and a 2ghz Core Duo performs at about what an AMD64 3800+ X2 does.
