duplicate file issues

I downloaded a program called duplicate file cleaner and used it to find and duplicate files so as to delete them. The program asked me whether I wanted to delete the files or place them in a folder and I chose the latter. My problem now is that when i went to open Photoshop it refuses to open with a window that pops up telling me AMT Subsystem Failure - this product has encountered a problem which require you start your computer before it can be launched. etc.
My other issue is that I downloaded all my adobe programs on an OEM site so I can reinstall them. I am not 100% I.T literate so I need some help, if anyone can help me it would be much appreciated.
