   Something has created multitudes of duplicate files and directories on my PC. The duplicate file names are blue. The duplicate directories are usually created within the original directory. There seems to be no consistency with the duplicate files.

   What windows version you using?
   
   Had you been updating your PC at the time of this happening?
   
   What folder are these in and what sort of sample names do they have, may give better clue as to what they are and if they are safe to remove, blue coloured file names are files that have been compressed, many old system files that are not used often are compressed.
