Dvd Burner For Ibm

    I bought a Sony DVDRW for my IBM laptop, but it doesn't even fit. Where the new burner plugs in, it doesnt match the port available, do i need an adapter, or what?

    Laptop drives can be tricky. You do need an adapter, but it still may not work. If you can, return it and locate one specifically for your model of laptop. If you can post the model of your PC, I'll try to locate a DVDRW for you before you return the Sony drive.
