dvd burner suddenly not detected by windows xp

    I have a nec 3500ag dvd burner and i was using dvdsanta and i was burning a mpeg file to dvd and suddenly it crashes and now windows doesn't detect my burner any help please?:eek:

    Never mind my last message, I got it to work again by unplugging it from my computer and plugged it back in and windows dectected it.:)
