   Mostly when I use DVD flick for burning this happens.
   
   I put the DVD into a dvd player and whenever there is an action scene or lightning or bright lights, the movie acts up, slows down, sometimes stutters.
   
   Is this a burning speed setting issue? I'm not sure what the problem is.
