DVD Pixilization

    when im using PowerDVD 6 the DVD videos pixilize (these little blue dots) i wanted to know if this is a problm with the DVDs, my player, my decrypter, or the fact that im using the analog input on my moniter (i have digital in and out on my computer and moniter just no cable). any ideas?
