    Please help, how do I enable my dvd at startup?

    If it is installed in the computer then you do not need to do anything. When windows loads, it should appear as a device, with a letter in My Computer.

    It is disabled with the installment of Windows 7

    Can you boot to the drive? If so, then the drive is good, and something else is preventing the drive from appearing in My Computer - if not, then there's something wrong with the drive...

    Maybe the drive is not compatible with Windows 7? You might check out any Microsoft compatibility lists for your drive...
