dvdsanta

i really need help, i was using dvdsanta to convert my avi's to dvd and burn them. been using software for a while then it got to where i couldnt use it any more, so i uninstalled it and went back to the site and downloaded it again now it wont install, it said missing shortcut. please does any 1 know what i have to do to get it installed again? ive even went and deleted all the dvdsanta files and tried to install again and it just wont install, its dvdsanta vers 4.00 ive been emailing tech support for 2 weeks, they will not respones to me to help.. they have their money now there not concerned about helping me.. please some ine help!!!! thanks
