    Hello,
I'm new to the site and I have the following question:
My friend just purchased a computer system complete with DvrNet survelliance system. However, it appears that the hard drive still retains the original video data from the previous owner; is it possible to delete all info. using the aforementioned software program? When the system was purchased the manual and software were missing so I don't want to reformat the drive.... Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi

Yes, dont see any issues with deleting the saved Videos and then once they are gone the actual application itself, may wish to use Revo Uninstaller to remove all traces of the actual application DvrNet,

What Windows version is this PC using?

    Thanks,
I plan on using the software however I want to clean the drive of the images dating back to 2007. As for deleting the data, what file extension or file folder should I be looking for? The PC is using Vista however I not sure of the version.
