I am trying to determine if the DWL-900AP+ AP is the right AP to buy. I want to attach a Yagi antenna to unit but it has only one external antenna. Will the AP be able to receive siganls from my other AP's since the Yagi will be outside and some 20 ft away from the unit? Does it have an internal antenna? Does it use diversity?

I am trying to make 2 hops. AP/Router to AP(repeat mode) to AP. AP's are 1300 ft apart.
    Any comments would be helpful

The 900AP+ is a great flexible AP, but there is so much that you can get from $50 unit.

There is only One Antenna connection. If the Yagi is pointing to the other direction (since it is only 20’) from the source you might or might not get a reception.

BTW. I do not know what the first AP is connected to?

You should know that you can not daisy chain Entry level repeaters. I.e. the first AP has to be Cable fed.
