E-mail Questions

I have used Incredimail for years on my computer. Last week I went from a Dial up modem (24600) to Hughes Satellite Dish (700). My problem is that even though I set Incredimail to go out and look for messages every (1) minute, it does not do it. The only way I can get my emails is to go to send/recieve and click on that. Is there something wrong with my settings?

I'm sorry, I don't have an answer for you. Just wanted to say that I've been an IncrediMail user for years as well, and really enjoy the program. However, I found that when I switched from Dial Up to High Speed (on my previous computer), IncrediMail gave me problems.

Since then, I have a different computer, and have always had High Speed on it, no problems whatsoever with the program. IncrediMail doesn't seem to like change, lol.
