I am computer challenged. My system info is WindowsXP Media Center Edition 2002 Service Pack 2, Intel Pentium D, CPU 2.80 GHz, 0.99 GB RAM I had the e2give spyware and I removed it succesfully with your website removal instructions, used your installed Hijackthis and avenger. I had a weird startup error before and after removal and now there is more spyware, not sure where it is from, the error reads "RUNDLL" (at top of bar) and "Error loading w11c872c.dll - The specified module could not be found" and the log files to hijackthis are uploaded. Also, new spyware command control problems. Downloaded and ran SpyBot (also ran in safe mode), Ad-Aware, and Spy Doctor (trial version found 300 infections, won't remove without $$), all no help. Also, I already had Trend Micro, Xoftspy, Crap Cleaner, and Norton's 2005 anti-virus installed before any of this happened, no help either. I am pulling out my hair now. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it so much. Thanks. One more thing, if responding with help please keep it simple, as I said I am computer challenged and don't even know much of the easy stuff.

Ok, now I have uninstalled Spyware Doctor, installed Look2me and ran and removed, installed TrojanHunter and had Command reg key and Trojan Adware.Adserve.100 that was unable to remove (scan attached)

    Unable to open key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\cmdService\Enum
Unable to remove registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\cmdService
    Trojan cleaning finished.,

I ran Windows Destroyer full scan and it says it's clean, ran Windows Malicious Software remover and it's clean (it said it was when E2give was on there though), ran Spybot and found 2 Command Service issues and couldn't remove even when reran in Safe Mode(not sure where the log file is to attach but sending something), made sure not to download Tea Timer function but it is there anyway as TeaTimer.exe, help!!!! Thank you.
