EA Sports/Gillete Champions of Gaming Tournament

    For you sports gamers:

    EA Sports and Gillette are running a global, all-online gaming "Champions of Gaming" tournament for the 2009 editions of Madden, NBA Live, FIFA, Tiger Woods, and NASCAR. You compete against The whole thing is on Xbox Live, and runs through December. Are any of you online sports gamers? Thinking of participating?

    I usually stick to my PC mainly, consoles I play offline. I should try it sometime, the sports games are easier for an older fart like me to play then say... Halo.

    Yeah, I was slow to pick up online gaming on consoles as well. But I love Xbox Live - a lot of sports games are made a hundred times better by playing against a real person. I love getting online to play Madden and NBA Live. That Gillette & EA Sports are doing an entire open global gaming tournament online, complete with prizes and everything, is pretty awesome. Not a lot of companies would do that.
