EAmanager.exe and EaServer.exe : Nothing Works

Yesterday i've discovered a new "host" on my computer :

This tray, uselectable, caught my attention, then i've started CachemanXp to kill this process "C:\Programmi\FaraonicsAE\Faraonics Anti-Executable\AEmanager.exe" but nothing.

I've looked for the file directory but if i try to enter, but "Access Denied". This directory have unusual properties (dimension 0 byte? 0 files and cartels?) and is undeletable.

But what is the problem? The problem is that this application lock all new programs : Ex if i try to install hijackthis then :

Nothing that is an exe or need an istaller works, my system is isolated totally!

Your removal procedure doesn't work because i can't install nothing!

I've tried to Uniblue Process Scan whith these results:

Aeservex is the new entry! I've tried to use MSCONFIG to shut-down the services, but nothing, also disabled this process run anyway !

Then i've taped REGEDIT to search all the keys related to these processes but these are undeletable!

Is it usefull?

Anyone have a way to get rid of this problem?
