I noticed a weird thing about ToDo backup. I backup all my computers to large HD in a docking station. I recently tried to use a backup to transport a USERS/username/Documents folder to a different computer. No can do! The folder shows up as empty. Take it back to the computer the backup was made on and it's not empty. Maybe this is only a 'thing' when doing a full disk backup?

Good to have backups and all but if your computer melts traces on it's motherboard like mine did And you're hoping to use ToDo backup to restore Only your DATA to another computer You may run into this.

If you mount a ToDo image on a computer other than the image was created on you can't see anything in the documents folder, you can't 'take ownership' because the virtual disk is read only. I restored to a disk I had laying around using a different computer than the one I backed up - no documents, but I did recover 285GB of pictures, also under USERS/username.

That makes ToDo kinda useless, doesn't it? I don't recall ever noticing anything like this before. Maybe it's something that came with a Microsoft update?

I've got a law office and a conference center set up to use ToDo scheduled backup. Makes me nervous now. Both accounts use Quickbooks and store everything in their, you guessed it, documents folder.
