EDatabase Error

I hope you can help. I am working on a shop computer for a small sand and gravel company. It is a Compaq XP Home Edition Version 2002 SP2 with AMD Sempron Processor 3100+, 1.18 GHz, 384 MB of Ram. The other day the ManagerPlus program purchased from the company Qqest would not open. It only gives the following error message.
Exception EDatabaseError in module WINMAINT.EXE @ 0041: 129A
An error occured while attempting to initialize the Borland Databse Engine (error $2108).

There are no restrore points to take it back to because this was turned off. I checked the registry and Borland is not there. Do you know how to correct this error so I can access this database again. Your help would be appreciated. Thank you.
