Edge

I would like Edge to look like Chrome's startup page which only has a voice search bar and a few small features in the upper right. In other words a voice search box would do.
I have tried every setting I can think of and have ended up with a large whale and a voice search box but when I close out other intrusive features especially that dreaded voice aloud which speaks everything you see. I have saved at every turn to no avail.
Is there a way to clean up the Edge start up page so it is just the voice search box?
