emachine power on for 3 sec

    my computer turns on for 3 sec then shuts off. I have tried unhooking everything and turning it back on and still nothing. I swapped the power supply and cpu and memory. and i still get the same problem. i even tried the cmos jumper. any help would be appreciated:confused

    i forgot to mention when i unplug the four pin connector the one with the two yellow wires and two black it starts up and stays on. as soon as I plug it in it shuts down.
