emachines T3265 cd/dvd drivers

This is my first time asking for help in a forum, but I desperately need it!

I'm not very computer savvy and can pretty much only do the normal things (internet, Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, etc.). The internal things are not my forte.

Therefore, I come to my question. I just would like to know where to post this question/problem!

A few days ago I tried installing a game on my computer and when I put it into the driver nothing came up. I tried the same game on our other computer and it popped right up with the installation set-up.

I then proceeded to try another disk and once again, same result, nothing came up when I put the disk into either of the drives (2 drives: 1) compact disk drive on top and, 2) compact disk rewriteable high speed, RW DVD+rewriteable + DVD R/RW).

I called my computer guy who told me to check on a few things before he could give me some advice. He told me to go to 'Control Panel' => 'System' => 'Hardware' => 'Device Manager' and to look at the 'DVD/CD-ROM Drives'. Under the DVD/CD-ROM drives it lists 2 drives: 1) _NEC DVD_RW ND=1300A and 2) OEM CD-ROM F564E.

Each of those 2 drivers has a yellow exclamation mark next to it and when I click on each one they both have the message "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing (CODE 39).

I would like to know if there is something/anything I can do about this and get my drives back and running so I can once again use my computer for work and/or gaming.
